Walker’s Shortbread sent me a variety of their shortbread products for product review and recipe development for the upcoming holiday season. I received three different products (Raspberry Thins, Stem Ginger Shortbread and Shortbread Rounds). Since I normally do sweet recipes, I thought I would give a savory recipe a try with the Walker’s Stem Ginger Shortbread I received.
