Sliced Pork and Vegetables with Ramen and Asian style broth

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs Vegetable oil
  • Sliced Pork
  • 1 package of Ramen Noodles with flavoring packet I used chicken
  • Thin sliced vegetables: Carrot mushrooms, cabbage, onion, garlic, green pepper)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger powdered (or fresh if you have)
  • 1 tsp - Garlic powder
  • 1 tbs - Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbs - Diced Green Onion for garnish

Instructions

  • Saute onion and garlic in a large pot for a few minutes
  • Add soy sauce and garlic powder
  • Add vegetables and mix, saute for a few more minutes
  • Add sliced pork
  • Add water + 1 cup per Ramen Noodle package and add flavoring packet.
  • Continue to season to taste (try adding garlic powder, onion powder, more powdered ginger etc.)
  • Garnish and serve with a sprinkling of diced green onion
